Events

  • "Learn2Work: Production Schools Model to Attract Learners into Footwear" project meeting with consortium partners in Milan, Italy. Supported by the European Commission Erasmus + programme, the project promotes youth employment by transferring the Danish “Production School” model to the footwear industry.

  • "Shoes Made in EU: The European Shoemaker" project meeting with consortium partners in Milan, Italy. Supported by the European Commission Erasmus + programme, the project aims to develop a new curriculum for shoemakers, focused on engineering and manufacturing.

  • "High-End Shoes: Innovative Training for Luxury Footwear Manufacturing" 4th project meeting with consortium partners in Zlín, Czech Republic. Supported by the European Commission Erasmus + programme, the project aims to develop and create a new vocational training programme which will produce high-skilled manufacturers in the luxury footwear sector.

  • The Second Edition of the International Footwear Forum (IFF) will be held in New York. IFF is an annual event which brings worldwide footwear associations and confederations together to exchange information and best practices and identify common challenges in the footwear industry.

  • CEC General Assembly will be held on Monday, 20 June 2016 in Brussels, Belgium.
